The system works. The math works. The opportunity is real.

I'm Robert Kakish, CEO of Frontline Financial Group. I went from new agent to Hall of Fame in 12 months, lost it all, and rebuilt to over $1.5M issued monthly with a team across four offices. I’m recruiting motivated builders who want to be coachable, communicate well, and stay consistent long enough to win. The system is proven. The math is honest. The rest is on you.

Why This Matters

Most jobs don’t pay you what you’re worth.

You work harder, the ceiling stays the same. Your effort is exchanged for a wage that won’t change next year. The work-life math doesn’t add up — you’re trading your best years for someone else’s P&L. Meanwhile the financial services industry is sitting in front of a generational opportunity, and most people don’t even know it exists.

63%

of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck — including many high-income earners.

67%

of Americans have never made a financial plan. Not a bad one. Not any.

68%

of Americans say they're not on track to retire when and how they want to.

$182K

average retirement balance for Americans aged 60–69. Far short of what most need.

40%

of divorces in America are estimated to be tied to financial problems.

60%

of Americans will be diagnosed with an illness — financial stress is a leading cause.

The Frontline System

A system you can actually plug into.

Most agencies hand you a contract and wish you luck. We hand you a system — one that’s been refined over six years and tested by hundreds of agents from every imaginable background.

01

Non-Outbound Lead Engine

Our dialer and inbound-transfer system means you can talk to 100+ qualified people a day without making cold-dial-style outbound calls. Cost per acquisition is in the $80s — rare in this industry.

02

Frontline Boot Camp

A self-paced video curriculum every new agent goes through. Short videos, quizzes between each one, real objection handling, and the exact daily framework we use on the floor.

03

Junior Broker Program

You don’t have to wait until you’re licensed to earn. New hires set appointments for licensed agents on day one — learning the script, the cadence, and the conversation pattern while you study.

04

Webinars & Daily Training

Webinars every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 4:30 PT. New-hire trainings every Thursday at 1:00 PT on frontlinevirtual.com. The cadence is built in — you don’t have to figure it out alone.

05

Community by Design

Frontline New Hires Telegram. Office-by-office channels. Daily wins posted, daily questions answered. You step into a community that’s already built — not one you have to construct from scratch.

06

Sales Training, Not Hype

Most training in this industry is motivation theater. Ours is mechanical: scripts, sales psychology, how to move a prospect from A to C. Robert is personally involved in the sales training, every week.

Four Offices · Three States

Show up — in person.

Most of this work is remote-friendly by design. But if you want the in-office experience — the energy, the training in real-time, the team next to you when you make your first sale — we have four offices and we’re actively expanding.

Headquarters

Rancho Cucamonga, CA

The flagship office. Where the system was built and where most of our daily training and culture work originates. Inland Empire and Greater Los Angeles agents call this home.

California

Orange County, CA

Our coastal office. Serving the OC and South Bay agent community. Active recruiting class in licensing right now.

Arizona

Tempe, AZ

Our Arizona footprint. Phoenix metro agents work out of this office — it’s also a training destination for new contracts across the Southwest.

Nevada · New

Las Vegas, NV

The newest office. We had 40+ new contracts in process within weeks of opening the doors. If you’re in Nevada and want to be part of a team being built from scratch, this is the room.

How We Think

The principles under everything.

The system is what we do. These are the principles that hold it all together. They’re not slogans — they’re how we evaluate decisions, recruits, and ourselves.

Principle 01

Communication is a transfer of energy

How you say something matters as much as what you say. We don’t write “where’s my money” texts — we write “hey brother, hope you’re doing well, can you check on this for me?” The energy you bring into every interaction is what comes back to you.

Principle 02

Consistency eliminates doubt

Post on social once a month and you look like a pyramid scheme. Post consistently and people see this is your life. Show up for one training and you’re a question mark. Show up for 90 days and you’re a builder. The math is simple.

Principle 03

Confidence increases as skill increases

If you’re hesitant to recruit, hesitant to make calls, hesitant to be on camera — the answer isn’t affirmations. It’s skill. Get better. The confidence will follow. We’ll show you the work.

Principle 04

Coachability over experience

The agents who win fastest aren’t the ones with 20 years in insurance — they’re the ones with no bad habits and a clean canvas to paint on. Ego is the single biggest red flag we look for.

Principle 05

Don’t put the finances first

If your first thought about every prospect is the commission, you’ll lose. If your first thought is the person, you’ll build a career. The income is downstream of how seriously you take the people in front of you.

Principle 06

Loyalty is non-negotiable

“I’d rather live in a trailer park than backstab my team.” The team is the asset. Backbiting, gaslighting, and ego-driven politics destroy more agencies than market downturns do. We don’t hire it, we don’t tolerate it.

Who This Is For

Who this is for.

This industry doesn’t care where you came from. It cares whether you’re coachable, whether you can communicate, and whether you’ll stay consistent long enough to win. Here’s who we’ve seen win.

For 01

Sales Professionals

If you’ve carried a quota, closed deals, and you know what it feels like to communicate your way through resistance — you have the most transferable skill in this industry. The product is different. The work is the same: real conversations with real people who need real help.

  • Closing experience transfers directly
  • Trade your ceiling for a real one
  • Build something that’s yours
For 03 · Already in the Industry

Licensed Agents & Financial Pros

If you’re already licensed — life, health, P&C, securities, or financial planning — you know exactly what most agencies don’t have: a real lead system, real training, and a real culture. Bring your book. Bring your experience. Plug into a system that’s already built and stop carrying it yourself.

  • Real lead infrastructure, not promises
  • Multi-carrier shelf, A-rated
  • Culture that actually rewards loyalty
For 04

Entrepreneurs & Business Owners

You already build things. You already manage cash flow, hire people, and solve problems. You also know what it costs to run trucks, payroll, and inventory. We’ve recruited roofers doing $2M a month in revenue who joined us specifically for the margin profile. The math here is hard to argue with once you see it.

  • Add a profitable revenue stream
  • No trucks, inventory, or payroll drag
  • Build an agency you can pass down
For 05 · No Experience Required

Builders & Beginners

No background in sales? No experience in finance? That can actually be your edge. The agents we’ve seen win the fastest are the coachable ones — the ones who haven’t developed bad habits, the ones with a chip on their shoulder, the ones with a burning desire to win. We’ll teach you the system. You bring the work ethic.

  • Frontline Boot Camp included
  • Junior Broker Program — earn while you study
  • Daily training, real mentorship

Culture

Loyalty, Brotherhood & The Long Game

“I’d rather live in a trailer park than backstab my team.” The culture conversation. What loyalty actually looks like in a 122-agent organization. Why most teams fail at this, and why ours doesn’t.

Common Questions

Honest answers to the things people actually ask.

No. In fact, the agents we’ve seen win fastest are often the ones with zero background in insurance — no bad habits, no preconceptions, no ego. What we look for is coachability, communication, and a willingness to do the work. The system teaches the rest.
No. Most realtors and mortgage brokers we work with keep their license and add this on top. Your existing relationships and database are extraordinarily valuable here — you don’t need to abandon them to monetize them differently. Some do choose to fully transition later when the renewal book matures. That’s your call, not ours.
Most candidates complete the life license in a few weeks to a month, depending on the state and how much time per week you put in. We’ll walk you through the entire process — pre-license coursework, exam scheduling, fingerprinting, and carrier appointments. Through the Junior Broker Program you can start earning before your license is even in hand.
Both. The system is designed to work fully remote — agents in markets we don’t have an office in build great careers from home. But if you’re near one of our four offices (Rancho Cucamonga, Orange County, Tempe, or Las Vegas) we strongly encourage in-office time, especially early. The energy and training cadence in the room is different.
For most agents: a workout in the morning, calls starting early (especially if you’re on Pacific time and want extra hours on the East Coast), 50-minute work blocks with 10-minute strategic resets, and a midday or evening webinar / training depending on the day of the week. The pace is real, but the cadence is built — you don’t have to invent the day from scratch.
Primarily life insurance and related financial protection products: term, whole life, indexed universal life (IUL), final expense, mortgage protection, annuities. One license type gives you access to a wide product shelf with multiple A-rated carriers. As you grow, your product knowledge expands — we don’t throw the whole shelf at new agents on day one.
Both paths are real, and we’ll meet you wherever you are. Some agents focus entirely on personal production. Others build agencies, recruit, and run rooms. Many do both. Our system is structured so that agency-builders have the operational pieces (training, dialer, lead system) already in place — you’re not building the infrastructure from scratch.
Book a 30-minute call. We’ll talk through your background, your goals, what you’re trying to build, and whether this fits. If both sides feel right, we move into a manager call and then onto a webinar where you’ll see the full operation. From there, contracting and the Frontline Boot Camp. The whole process is built to be transparent — not to manipulate or oversell.
Ego. The agent who answers every piece of coaching with “yeah, but I did that” never grows. Second: not showing up to training. If you’re not on the calls in the first 30 days, you’re telling us this isn’t a priority. Third: language patterns — too much “I,” not enough “we.” Fourth: gaslighting or shifting responsibility for outcomes that are yours to own.
Book a discovery call. 30 minutes, on Zoom or by phone. We’ll talk through where you are, what you’re looking to build, and whether Frontline is the right home. Watch a couple of the videos above first if you want a head start on what this looks like.
Ready When You Are
